Samsung released the Android 10 update for the Galaxy A20 in April 2020, now the A20 locked to Verizon’s network will see this Android update soon. Verizon is also rolling out the Android 10 to the Galaxy A10e smartphones.
The firmware version for the Samsung Galaxy A20 has build number A205USQU5BTE6 while the Galaxy A10e has the version number A102USQS6ATC2. Both Samsung Galaxy devices will get the May 2020 Android security patch with the Android 10 update, with a number of new features like Smart Reply, Focus Mode, Dark Mode, Live Transcribe, improved gestures and camera UX, and sound amplifier.
You can get this update on your device by clicking Install now, your device will power off and come back on, then the installation process will commence. You can then proceed to Home> Apps> Settings> About Device > Software Updates. You can then click on Restart & Install to install the update. Your device will power off and turn back on and the installation process will begin.
Your device will power off when the installation is complete and your Android 10 is now ready to go.
This update should arrive to both smartphones in the next few days.
