- Navigate to Settings.
- Look for Software update.
- Select Download and install.

This problem can be due to some of the newer features it possesses or its higher refresh rate. - Go to Settings.

- Select Motion Smoothness.
- Select 60Hz refresh rate.
- Click Apply.
